When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link the moment it's on its way.

I entered the wrong address — what now?
Email us right away at support@shefit.si. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll update the address before it ships.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Email support@shefit.si within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and our team will take care of you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping for a limited time. Faster options are available at checkout.
Does the AnchorFit band fit my foot?
Yes. The soft Velcro ankle strap adjusts to fit every foot size, small to large.
