Order with total confidence. If your AnchorFit arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, or the carrier loses your package, contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right.
Most pedal bands use a stiff, one-size plastic loop — too tight for bigger feet, too loose for small ones, so your foot slides out mid-rep and you end up training barefoot just to keep it on.
AnchorFit wraps your foot with a soft fabric strap that adjusts with Velcro. Snug on every foot size, so your bodyweight anchors the band and you can just focus on the rep.
Fair question — the #1 complaint about cheap pedal bands is that they turn flimsy or fall apart within a month.
AnchorFit uses 4 thick 0.4-inch TPE tubes instead of a bundle of thin ones. Thicker tubes share the load, so no single strand is doing all the work — 40–45 lbs of resistance that stays strong rep after rep. Plus secure connection buckles that keep everything locked in.
4 thick 0.4-inch TPE tubes (40–45 lbs), foam-wrapped handles that stay comfy through high-rep sets, a textured anti-slip pedal and an adjustable fabric Velcro ankle strap. Light enough to toss in a carry-on.
Care: Wipe down after use and store away from direct heat and sunlight to keep the tubes strong.
You're covered for 60 days from delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the carrier loses it, email support@shefit.si with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. Full details in our Cancellation, Return & Refund policy.

Your Last Resistance Band Slipped, Pinched,
or Snapped in a Month. Right?
The plastic pedal was too small for your foot, so it kept sliding off. The thin tubes felt like nothing — then went limp a few weeks later. And there was nowhere to hook it, so half the workouts you saved were useless in your living room. You didn't buy a band to babysit it. You bought it to feel strong in your own body again.

“I don't have a door or pole to anchor anything to in my apartment. Didn't realize how much that was limiting me until I could finally do rows and leg work with the same band.”

“Was nervous after a cheap pedal band I ordered before snapped in under two weeks. This one feels noticeably thicker and hasn't given me any reason to worry yet.”

“The anti-slip pedal is the detail that sold me — my foot doesn't slide off mid-rep like it did with the loop bands I used to use.”
Thin Tubes Snap. Thick Tubes Hold.
Here's why AnchorFit is the last band you'll buy.
The bargain pedal bands: a pile of thin tubes that feel weak and give out within weeks, plus a stiff one-size pedal that only fits small feet.AnchorFit by SHEFIT: 4 thick 0.4-inch TPE tubes delivering 40–45 lbs of steady resistance, a soft Velcro ankle strap that fits every foot size, foam grips that don't dig into your palms, and an anti-slip pedal built for full-range moves - standing, sitting or lying down.
Everything you want to know before your first rep.
Does this really work without a door or anchor point?+
Yes — that's the entire point of the design. Step on the foot pedal and your own bodyweight anchors the band, so every exercise that normally needs a door, pole, or rack works anywhere there's floor space.
Will it fit my foot? Will it slip off?+
Yes, it fits. The ankle strap is soft fabric with an adjustable Velcro closure, so it locks snugly around small and large feet alike — no more sliding out mid-rep. The pedal is textured anti-slip on top.
Is this actually different from the cheap pedal bands on Amazon?+
Yes. Most cheap pedal bands use thin tubes and a rigid one-size pedal — reviewers say they feel flimsy within a month, and they're too small for many adult feet. AnchorFit uses 4 thick 0.4-inch tubes (40–45 lbs) and an adjustable Velcro strap.
Is 40–45 lbs enough resistance for me?+
For most women, yes — it's enough to really feel your glutes, abs and arms working, while staying controllable for beginners. Want it harder? Pull further: resistance builds the more the tubes stretch.
Can I actually train my whole body with one band?+
Yes. Anchor with your foot for legs, glutes and back work; use the handles alone for arms, shoulders and chest presses. One tool covers what usually needs a door anchor, mini bands, and dumbbells combined.
Is it OK for beginners, seniors or bad backs?+
Yes. 40–45 lbs is a moderate level for most adults, and you can train standing, sitting or lying down — so you control the intensity and keep pressure off your back. Start with shorter pulls and stretch further as you get stronger: the further you pull, the harder it works.
Will it work in a small apartment or hotel room?+
Yes — that's the main reason it's built this way. No door, no rack, no bulky equipment. If there's floor space for your foot, there's room for a full workout.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email support@shefit.si within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If it arrived damaged, wrong or never showed up, we'll make it right.

Weighs about 10 oz. Throw it in your carry-on and never skip a workout on vacation. ✈️
I’ve gone through several resistance bands that either snapped or started cracking. This one feels noticeably more substantial. The six tubes give a nice amount of resistance without making the movement feel jerky.
I hate going to the gym, so this has been perfect for me. It’s simple enough that I actually use it consistently, but there are enough exercises that I don’t feel like I’m doing the same thing every day.
What surprised me most was how stable the pedal feels under my feet. I was worried it would slide around, but it stays in place really well. Makes home workouts feel a lot less awkward.
The resistance feels much stronger than the cheap bands I’ve owned before. The handles are comfortable too. So far I’ve been using it for legs, arms and back and the tubing still feels solid.
I’m a mom and I mostly work out at home, so I needed something quick that doesn’t take up space. This is actually really convenient. I keep it next to the couch and can get a solid 15–20 minute workout in whenever I have time.
I honestly bought this because I was tired of bands rolling up or slipping halfway through a workout. The foot pedal makes a huge difference. I can do rows, curls, squats and shoulder presses without having to attach anything to a door.
The biggest win for me is not needing to anchor it to a door. I’ve damaged a door frame with another band before, so being able to just step on this and start training is much better.
I travel quite a bit and wanted something I could throw in my suitcase. This takes almost no room and gives me enough options to train my whole body in a hotel room.
